Little Greene Goblin Paint No. 311

Goblin is a rich green paint inspired by the architect, artist, poet and collector Charles Paget Wade. At the age of just seven, he began accumulating artefacts that reflected his interest in design, craft and colour. By the time he donated his home to the National Trust, his collection totalled 22,000 items, and as a result Mr Wade lived in a small cottage with a garden. A rather mischievous character, he was known to play pranks on guests and was described by one neighbour as ‘a bit of a goblin’. Consider pairing this green with a green-based white, such as Slaked Lime, for a well-balanced layout.
