Deliveries
1. Provided that the products purchased are available, STOC CASA will make every effort to ensure that, except in exceptional circumstances, the products listed in a “Shipping Confirmation” are delivered to the User on the date indicated therein, or if no date is indicated, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the “Order Receipt Confirmation”.
2. STOC CASA only ships on weekdays.
Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account when estimating the delivery date of orders. In any case, estimated delivery dates are merely indicative.

3. Any delay in the dispatch of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not give the User the right to any compensation.
4. If, for any reason, STOC CASA is unable to make the delivery on the scheduled date, the User will be informed accordingly and will be given the option of maintaining the order by extending the delivery period or cancelling it for a full refund.
5. For the purposes of these Conditions, a "delivery" is deemed to have been made or a product is deemed to have been "delivered" upon signature of receipt on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
6. Whenever possible, the order will be sent in a single shipment. However, STOC CASA reserves the right to split the order if a delay is expected for one of its parts or in case of unavailability. The User will always be notified of this possibility by sending a communication via email.
7. The User must inspect the packaging of the purchased item in order to check for any damage. If the shipping packaging is found to be damaged, the complaint must be submitted to the carrier on the delivery note or on the document given to the User for signature.
8. If, upon delivery, you find that the purchased product is damaged, you must not accept its delivery, which will be returned by the carrier.
9. The assembly of the items is not included in the delivery cost, so if you require this service you must contact STOC CASA in advance for more information.
10. If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it will be returned to STOC CASA warehouses. The User will be left an explanatory note on how to reschedule the new delivery.
11. All sofas sold by STOC CASA are custom-made items, made to order, and therefore STOC CASA reserves the right not to accept returns or refunds. We advise our Customers to try out the sofa in our store at Av. Guerra Junqueiro 23B, Lisbon, and ask for a sample of the selected fabric.
