Farrow&Ball Elephant's Breath No. 229 Ink

A warm medium gray.
This warm, contemporary gray is known by its distinctive paint name, originally created by John Fowler, the noted English interior designer. Elephant’s Breath feels like an uplifting gray with its hint of magenta, but can turn almost lilac in the cooler light of west-facing rooms. Try offsetting it with Charleston Gray and London Clay for an inviting scheme with bolder accents, or pair it with other contemporary neutrals, like the softer Strong White, for a sense of neutrality and calm.
