A more contemporary find, this 1950s-style wallpaper featuring doves, ribbons and flowers is a reimagining of an 18th-century design. Found at Oxburgh Hall, an archive photograph revealed the location of the wallpaper in one of the bedrooms in the family’s private quarters. The wallpaper is believed to have been a visible reminder of Oxburgh’s final days under family ownership, and was put up for sale just a few months after the wallpaper was produced. The soft pink original has been reproduced in Little Greene colours alongside four more contemporary colour combinations.
