Hicks' Blue is a deep blue paint by prominent 1960s and 1970s designer David Hicks. Hicks was known for using bold colors combined with dramatic effect. Hicks also worked on many commercial projects and used this blue in the restaurant atop the London Telecom Tower in 1962.
