Little Greene Ombré Plain Wallpaper - Seashell

Very much a 20th century design, this is a 1950s English pattern found in the Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester.

A band of thin, single-colored white stripes on flat terrain(s), it is actually the space between the stripes that creates the subtle optical movement.

The more complex striped versions contain three additional background colours each, and the plain versions are produced in colour combinations to specifically coordinate with the different stripe elements, offering a highly flexible range of papers to be used in combination in both traditional and contemporary homes.
