Used to decorate one of the attic shops at Oxburgh Hall, this classic pattern of swirling foliage has been surface printed to achieve a traditional, painterly finish. Although the design features elements of 17th-century embossed and gilded Spanish leather, it is actually thought to have originated in the late 19th century due to its printing substrate being machine-printed paper. Created in six exciting colours, four of which have tonal variation based on a single colour.
